"내 사과를 받아 줄래?"
In Korean, the words for "an apology/apologies" and "an apple/apples" are the same. So depending on the context, especially if it's written, this sentences, "내 사과를 받아 줄래?" can mean both "Will you take my apologies?" and "Will you take my apple?"

i heard that situation from a friend of mine

he apologized :) of course she took the apple
and his apolozy too.
Haha that sounds a bit cheezy but also very romantic.
