It takes about one or two hours to just look around 쌈지길 (ssamjigil) if you're not interested in shopping or eating there, but you can literally spend the whole day just eating, drinking tea, and going souvenir shopping. I sometimes go souvenir shopping to 쌈지길 even though I'm living in Korea! Haha. It's in 인사동 (Insadong) and you can go there on food from either 종각 (Jonggak) or 종로3가 (Jong-ro sam-ga) subway station.
