Spring time in Korea!



The Spring is here!! Yay! I don't have to wear a coat or a jacket anymore!!!

  2. yea- it was.. but then in the afternoon it goes upto like 10? 11? celsius degree..a great deal of variation between the morning/ evening and the noontime is typical in this country(:

  3. I'll visit Korea late March and early April...Should I bring a coat? sweaters? I'm coming from hot hot Thailand.

  4. You don't have to bring sweaters :) It will be very warm by then. But bringing a light jacket might help! :)

  6. Rachel, realy? It can be a bit chilly sometimes in spring over here too but it usually doesn't snow ^^ It starts getting really warm in mid-April.

  7. lucky you at least you'll see spring soon. I live in chicago, the weather here is crazy. One day snows the other day is hot and now is raining and cold. I miss spring. But since I'm originally from Puerto Rico I'm not that fond of the cold anyway.

    I'm going to Korea ( Seoul & Jeju ) from 05-12 April. Need to bring sweater? I heard the temperature is 5-20 degree, but some says is 10-20 degree so I'm a bit confused.

  9. @Elaine If you are coming to Seoul from 05-12 April, you don't really need to bring a sweater. And especially if you are going to spend some time in Jeju, it's much warmer down there :)

  10. Oh ok, normally what is the temperature in April? I'm from hot hot Singapore, so I want to make sure that the temperature in April is not too cold for me. Actually, I very scare of hot but I have bad experience in winter time previously cos I never bring enough clothing ( thickness ) so for this trip I want to make sure that I have bring enough clothing :)

  11. Hi, EVERY SMTKers! Sonnie is back from NY! Yeah, it's really warm in Seoul compared to in NY. The day I left, I got crazy snow.. Anyway I got home safe and writing to you:)

    But Elaine: You are coming from hot hot Singapore. For me, who gets chill quite easily, I want you to bring not really THICK sweater,but light sweater or kardigan will keep you warm.

    Anyway I'm happy to be in Seoul again!
